Spinner's Seafood Steak & Chop House: A Culinary Gem in Gold Beach, OR

As soon as we walked in the hostess greeted me with a smile. She confirmed our reservation and promptly took us to our table. The short time later, the waiter asked for our drink order. Two of us requested Mojito’s. They came in a very reasonable amount of time and were made perfect for my taste. I passed on $100 lobster tail and opted in for the whiskey steak. Little I know it was a 1 1/2”. My other guest ordered the deep fried oysters which she thoroughly enjoyed. As a third person in our party ordered a hamburger that he he liked and found a pretty filling. All and all I would say the service, and the food were both very very good. As I was visiting from out of town, and the other two persons in my party live there we ended up talking for a long time. As a matter fact, for about an hour after they closed. They never once said that. It was time for us to go, and I appreciated that iy gave us the opportunity to catch up. I’ll definitely revisit spinners the next time I’m in Gold Beach.

Went with no reservation for a bite after a full day of hiking. We had Dylan as our server, easily one of the most memorable experiences. He was super attentive and really accommodating as our party of two is vegan. The only option is a veggie burger it was good, and Dylan made sure all ingredients were vegan. Overall a great place with seaside nostalgia and fabulous service.

We had a 5 star experience in every respect. This family owned and operated establishment was the highlight of our trip to Gold Beach. We ordered plank salmon which was cooked perfectly and so amazingly fresh and delicious! Starter salads were designed with care featuring Fuji apples and blue cheese with a house made vinaigrette. Their focaccia is to die for along with everything we tasted and enjoyed. Just reopened from a seasonal holiday break we encourage fine dining folk to visit and savor this incredible place to watch a sunset and eat an amazing meal. Thank you Spinners!

My husband and I ate here last night and it was amazing! Gabe, our server, was sweet, attentive and entertaining. He made us smile. The food was above anything I’ve ever eaten before. Heavenly!! The ambience with the lights and water feature made it delightful to dine there. We live in Spokane, Washington but if we come thru here again, we’re stopping!!

We had the best experience at Spinners! Delicious prime rib, chicken pasta, and creative specialty cocktails. Our server and all the staff were efficient and super friendly, and you can’t beat the price on the amazing meal we had!

We came in at 7 on Valentine’s Day with no reservations. It was still busy and they managed to seat us within 20 minutes. The food was incredible- best seasoned clam chowder I’ve ever had. Very grateful they didn’t turn us away without reservation and gave us a great evening all around

We were very happy with this restaurant and the customer service. We’ve eaten at several restaurants on our trip along the Oregon coast and this restaurant has been one of our favorites so far. The food, service, and atmosphere were top-notch. We loved it! And we are going back tonight just to have dessert and a glass of wine. They are amazing!

Had the chowder, which was great, and the cold seafood combo with added crab, which was ok...do not order the crab was tasteless. They were very good and took it off the bill when I pointed it out. Gary, the bartender server was Awesome!!!!!
